As a former elite rugby player and food brand commercial manager, I’ve seen firsthand how nutrition impacts both health and the planet. A trek in the Pyrenees inspired me to return to farming with a clear purpose: to produce food that is tastier, healthier, and kinder. At Downlands Farm, I focus on regenerative agriculture, prioritising soil health, ethical livestock rearing, and sustainable food production.

I run the shoot days and hospitality at Downlands Estate, creating experiences that immerse our guests in this incredible landscape. From the thrill of the shoot to moments of quiet reflection, my goal is to make every visit feel seamless, special, and truly memorable. After a day shooting across the Estate, there’s nothing better than gathering around the fireside, enjoying great food, and sharing stories. I love welcoming guests to the estate and making sure they leave with lasting memories of warm hospitality, stunning scenery, and time well spent with our family.
